The 19-inch wall mounted rack shown above is the center of a new computer networking system installed by Mac's Electric at the McPherson County Court House in Leola, South Dakota. The system includes broad band Internet access via a ZyXEL ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) modem and a SonicWALL SOHO3 Internet security appliance. CAT5 cabling was installed to computers in several of the county offices to allow the sharing of information in the building, with the state, and Internet access. Significant upgrading of the electrical wiring in the building was also preformed. The system is another example of our ability to design, coordinate, and install networking systems to meet the needs of government agencies, small businesses, and large businesses alike.
